Brown sugar and New York State Maple candied, Applewood smoked bacon skewers
Crisp, char-grilled, Asian-glazed boneless duck wings skewers paired with Chimay,
a strong Belgium ale
Loaded Fingerling Potato Skins paired with Middle Ages Tipperary Red 
with smoked Gouda, Applewood smoked bacon, crème fresh and micro chives
Fried, Ginger-beer Battered "Fish & Chips" paired with  Southern Tier Nuskool IPA
with pickled ginger, wasabi cream and Asian glaze
 Dark Chocolate Pot de Creme paired with Framboise
with caramelized citrus, and caramel toffee pretzel bark paired with framboise
